My academic career has progressed from teaching and research to institutional leadership. As an Assistant Professor of Accounting, I combine financial expertise, quantitative research, and executive-level communication to develop future professionals and contribute to organizational improvement.
Beyond the classroom, I have chaired committees, led institutional initiatives, supported program development, strengthened research capability, and contributed to the responsible adoption of artificial intelligence in higher education. Executive Advisory
My advisory foundation was developed at KPMG, where I qualified as a consultant and contributed to a major engagement involving Saudi Arabian Airlines. The work included reviewing finance workflows, conducting gap analysis, supporting the development of operational guidance, and contributing to zero-based budgeting training and implementation.
I subsequently strengthened this practical foundation through graduate education and doctoral research in the United States and New Zealand, followed by executive education in AI for Leaders from Harvard Business School, developing advanced capabilities in financial analytics, statistical modeling, evidence-based decision-making, and strategic AI adoption.
